Huntley Boys School - Marton

Some of the excellent 2 colour prints produced by the boys on their day with their teacher Barry Williams and helper Lyn Barnett.
Barry has brought his last class of year 5 and 6 year students to Homeprint for a day of  printed words and illustration for about 12 years. Homeprint will miss his wonderful classes and enthusiasm for the workshop activity.

This 'Sunstrike' light box is my latest model. It has 6 x 8watt UV tubes and covers an area of 340mm x 320mm. It is suitable for both photopolymer screen printing and solarplate. The screen or plate is slid under the side ready for exposure.

Sandz Gallery/Studio

This light box 'Sun Strike by Homeprint'  was bought by Sandz Studio about 3 years ago for UV exposure to photopolymer silk screen or photopolymer solarplate. The screen or plate is slid under the box for exposure. I use a count down digital shower timer for my exposures.

Homeprint workshops at Central Normal

The middle school students were so focussed on the task at hand. It was great to work with students so ready to try a new skill and explore the possibilities using a 2 colour pencil carving technique that I teach. There were 4 classes of around 25 students with their teacher as an able assistant.
